2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who share an interest in radio-controlled hobbies. Members must be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent.

2.2 Account Registration

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2.3 Account Approval

3. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and courtesy
  • Follow all safety guidelines at club events and activities
  • Respect private property and public spaces during RC activities
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
  • Not post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws
  • Follow Transport Canada regulations for drone/UAV operations where applicable

4. Club Events and Activities

4.1 Participation

Participation in club events is at your own risk. The club is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during activities.

4.2 Safety Requirements

Participants must:

  • Follow all posted safety rules and guidelines
  • Use appropriate safety equipment
  • Maintain proper insurance where required
  • Operate RC vehicles in designated areas only

4.3 Event Registration

Registration for events through our website constitutes agreement to event-specific rules and requirements.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

By posting content (photos, messages, etc.), you grant Middlesex RC Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with club activities.

5.2 Copyright

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Middlesex RC Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Privacy
